(The Notary’s residence)
This is where the Notary and his family lived. The original structure and materials, floors, stone walls and wooden beams on the high ceilings are all faithfully preserved. As a man of position the Notary added the latest avant-garde acquisition to the house, an inside bathroom.*
*Nowadays it may seem strange to share a bathroom with other rooms, but we must try to imagine the luxury that it entailed in the XIX century of not having to go outside, as was the norm.
This is the only part of the house where there are stunning views of the sea from the incredible terrace, which was built on the Notary’s wishes. This zone has a spacious sitting room plus 5 additional rooms:
1 suite: double bed with ensuite bathroom.
2 double rooms: Double bed
2 double rooms: Single beds
This part is opened to groups of more than 35.
